Privacy policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what Oros Audit Advisory (“Oros”, “we”) collects when you use orosauditadvisory.com or an Oros account, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to amitpoharkar@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms or give us when you create an account, plus a few technical details needed to run them:
- Your Oros account: when you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us, and an ID that identifies your Google account. We don’t receive your Google password, and we don’t get access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google data. We also record when you signed up and last signed in, and whether your account is approved.
- Workspace setup: the app details you enter while connecting your app, such as your Firebase project ID, Google Analytics property ID, app package names, market, timezone and any test push tokens.
- Free app audit form: brand name, website, work email and the plan you picked.
- Contact form: your name, work email and your message.
- With every submission: the time it was sent and the page it was sent from. Your IP address is used briefly to block repeated spam submissions and is not saved with your request.
To prepare your audit we also look at information that is already public: your website, your app’s store listings and your public social profiles.
How we use it
- To prepare your app audit and send it to you.
- To reply to your message.
- To follow up about your audit or request. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To sign you in, review and approve your account, and run your workspace, including emails about your account (for example, that it was approved).
We don’t sell your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of service providers, who process your details only to provide their service to us:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts this website, runs the code that receives form submissions, and counts page visits (Web Analytics). |
| FormSubmit | Delivers each form submission to our inbox by email. |
| Signs you in to your Oros account (Google Sign-In). | |
| Neon | Stores form submissions, accounts and workspace setup details (a Postgres database). |
| Resend | Sends confirmation and account emails. |
| Google Fonts | Serves the fonts on this site; your browser requests them from Google. |
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you; it records things like the page, the referring site, and your country and device type. We also count how often buttons such as “Get my free app audit” are used, as daily totals with nothing about who clicked.
The public pages don’t use advertising cookies. The only cookies we set are for signing in to the Oros workspace, and they are needed for sign-in to work.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to deliver and follow up on your audit or request, and no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep your account and workspace details until you delete your account; deleting it removes them straight away.
Your choices
You can delete your Oros account yourself at any time: open your workspace and choose “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page. You can also ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email amitpoharkar@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
