Terms of use
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of orosauditadvisory.com and of an Oros account (“the service”), provided by Oros Audit Advisory (“Oros”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions go to amitpoharkar@gmail.com.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Use one that belongs to you or your business, and keep it secure.
- We review new accounts by hand and may approve, decline or remove an account at our discretion, for example if it is used against these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time from your workspace, or by emailing us.
Connecting your app
- When you give Oros access to your Firebase, Google Analytics or BigQuery data, you confirm you are allowed to do so for that app.
- We use that access only to provide the service to you: auditing your app, reporting on it and sending the pushes you approve or schedule.
- You can remove our access at any time in Google Cloud and Google Analytics. Syncing stops straight away.
Your content and data
Your app data and the messages you create stay yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to send messages your app users haven’t agreed to receive, to break the law or the rules of Apple, Google or Firebase, or to try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
Demo and sample content
The demo workspace and the sample audits on this site use a fictional store and illustrative numbers. They show how Oros works and are not a promise of specific results for your app.
Paid plans
Paid plans, their price and what they include are agreed with you in writing before you are charged. Until then, an account costs nothing.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Oros is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
